Maybe we did not encounter anywhere haphazardly in Europe, government bodies and state employment and designation of officials in the political and economic leadership positions to do without public competitions , through which the real favoring cadres under their experience and professional skills , and not on family ties , as has happened and is still happening in Kosovo institutions , starting from appointment to the highest state to the lowest levels near the municipal administrations throughout Kosovo .
To take only the example of the appointment of ministers , deputy / ministers , ambassadors , consuls and why not appointed advisors , we will find that almost no one is labeled on the basis of meeting the conditions provided by law , meaning more competition , that to be appointed or elected to these positions , the minimum work experience would have been over 15 years and more in areas where they have been dominated , because it is known in these areas are selected people who have never worked in their respective fields.
