All this in Albania is still solidifying in order to include all the necessary stakeholders to promote a National Debate on Education .
To date , initiatives by the Executive sporadic efforts marked the involvement of professionals ' field of education " being limited primarily to university level or the voice of state institutions to the extent of fulfillment of draft projects on certain issues .
Field professionals , on the other hand , have failed to create a union where exchange experience and provide joint proposals to be considered by policy makers, which would allow building a cooperative relationship that supports the achievement of the goal joint .
Despite the factors that have kept somewhat " close " the door of the hall of interagency communication (which are not the subject of discussion of this writing ) , the Albanian professional education community there is a real Auditor Education National Debate on Education .
But we can refer to a company with tradition in terms of debates on approaches to education , as is English ? I personally believe that it is. To clarify the reason for selecting this approach , is worth bringing attention to a milestone in the debate about the topic .
