This anomaly has occurred in our diplomatic representations . Therefore , taking into account legal violations that are made in terms of hiring people without merit and competitive without meeting the criteria , should not be surprised if today we have a multi economically backward , poor population in the extreme , youth unemployed , although weak today have diplomatic representation , though today we have a weak administration and municipal government , though today in all our bodies and institutions have devastating proportions present in the phenomenon of nepotism , corruption , theft , misappropriation of funds and goods Kosovo materials .
On this occasion I would like to emphasize in particular the phenomenon of political nepotism , which also has very deep roots in the parochial and provincial mentality in our society , which was not even nothing less harmful than family nepotism . This kind of nepotism , where the leader was and remained the main pivot around which are set up purely political myths and programs on the basis of nepotism and political ideology regional ethnical and tribal leader .
