One can say , that all this happened because zallamahi that Kosovo had emerged from a difficult situation of war, and even had time to make the enactment of necessary laws and legal acts which would determine the terms and conditions to establish working relationships , where without completion of which these criteria should not be made any admission to employment , this verification which almost did not happen on rare occasions . And here lies the fatal error that made UNMIK Kosovo together with the government , because instead of being sent provisional normative acts and legal conditions of employment , ranging from office of the Registrar to simply post the president of the country , making professional selection of competitors for admission to work , as you know , what happened today is continuing , then employment and appointment of the people , not by legal and professional norms , but on family nepotism . So , on the "criteria " of nepotism and professionalism has not been possible to constituted bodies and real portfolios and administration of state Assembly . Because , only a strong administration and professional experience led me to the right people can successfully build the new state of Kosovo economic development in every field and in every area of life .
