In this context, Kosovo responsibilities are the same as all other countries arising from treaties and other international obligations to reduce the level of greenhouse gas emissions , as one of the main contributors to global climate change . We as a society we should be aware of the consequences of climate change and kontribuonim in two planes towards this global change . First , even though we are a small country in geographic and demographic dimensions , again we have some obligations related to global climate change . These obligations include the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions , and other obligations relating to the environment. Second we need to know how global climate change is manifested in our country , what effects they have on climate Kosovo then directly reflected in water resources , agriculture , public health and many other environmental and economic problems . When you understand these effects, then we could to act specifically by the opportunities we as a society and as a country . In this case there is a known rule ! The more developed a society in science and economics , the easier it is facing these difficulties !
